- Orders can be cancelled before the product is delivered/accesssed

For Future Releases/Pre-orders:
- Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the release date
- Full refund issued if the product is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the announced release date

- Partial Refunds: In rare cases where only part of an order is problematic, a partial refund may be offered
- Chargebacks: We strongly encourage contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback, as this may result in account suspension and additional fees
- Currency: Refunds are issued in INR. Currency conversion differences due to exchange rates are not our responsibility
- GST: If you claimed input tax credit for your purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly as per Indian tax regulations
